Scope
This notice applies to the public website at reliabilitymethod.com. It does not cover third-party websites or future member, account, or software services that publish their own notices.
Information submitted through the site
The newsletter form asks for an email address. The contact form asks for a name, email address, message, and limited request context. Both forms also use a hidden anti-spam field.
In the current launch candidate, production delivery providers are not configured. The application returns an unavailable response instead of intentionally storing or forwarding a valid submission. Collection must not be enabled until provider operations, retention, and this notice receive approval.
Technical information
Hosting, security, and network providers may process routine request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security events. Their handling is governed by the providers selected for production.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics instrumentation is currently disabled by default and no third-party analytics, advertising tracking, or analytics cookies are enabled. If analytics, consent tools, or non-essential cookies are introduced, this notice and any required choices must be updated before they are enabled.
How information may be used
When the forms are approved and enabled, submitted information is intended to be used to respond to requests, deliver requested communications, protect the service from abuse, and operate the website. It should not be sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Service providers, retention, and rights
Final provider names, processing locations, retention periods, and a verified privacy-contact method remain approval items. Those details must be added before production collection is enabled. Applicable privacy rights depend on location and will be addressed through the approved contact process.
Contact and changes
Questions about this interim notice can be raised through the Contact page. The form only accepts delivery after a production provider is configured. Material changes to website data practices should be reflected here before the changed practice is enabled.
